Summary of Plot:
Sometimes life is really rough. This book tells of the good and bad events of a male’s life. For starters he receives an invitation to a party, unfortunately it was in Florida. Along his way to get there he receives many blessings, and corresponding mishaps. One blessing is that a friend loaned him his plane, but the motor exploded. Another blessing was that when he was falling from the sky, there was a haystack, but with a pitch fork in it. Thankfully he missed the haystack and landed in water.  There were tigers on the land though.  He outran them though, and soon enough he dug himself into the floor of a grand ballroom. The people there were throwing his surprise birthday party! It all came together for his good.

My Reaction to the book:
Through this book, all the fortunate sides of his trip were written on colored pages, and all the unfortunate events were on black and white pages.I thought that was a clever idea. It initiates a compare/contrast mode of thinking.

Potential Problems:
It has a slight pessimistic perspective, yet it does have an equally optimistic side.

Recommendations:
This is a great book to read when you are feeling down with life. Reading this book has helped me feel better about life's momentary stresses.
