A mother wanted her young daughter to take a basket of goodies to her sick grandma. Along the way she met a wolf. Upon questioning the girl told him exactly where she was going. He ran ahead and ate her grandma, then disguised himself as her grandma. When she arrived he fooled her and ate her up as well.
It has a good moral. It was creative and straight to the point. A wolf is a great symbol of what strangers can do to individuals once they have information about them. I liked the other symbolism in this story as well.
Potential Problems:
Little Red Riding Hood talked to a stranger and gave her personal information to him.
Recommendations:
Everyone shouldn’t give personal information to strangers. It is very dangerous. This is a good story to teach this lesson to children.
